Message want to use what the manufacturer recommends (Richmond Gear). So use their 75-140. As far as quieting them down, any unwanted noise is the result of improper set up tolerances (dispute all the noise to the contrary, or the use of solid or a hard compound material for the rear diff bushings. I see that you have solid subframe bushings. If your rear diff bushings are solid, and you swap them out for the standard Nissan rubber bushings, your unwanted gear noise will go away. I hope that's what you have, as it's been shown that the solid bushings act as a sort of stethoscope between the normal noise of the gears and your ears. Let me know if that's the case.
